Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research new leads
  • Generate leads through cold outreach (phone, email, and social media)
  • Proactively establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Schedule sales demos
  • Maintain our database
  • Work closely with your Senior Sales Manager to reach personal and team sales goals
  • Work together with our sales team to continuously innovate and present effective ideas because we want to hear what YOU think!

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (tech sales is a +)
  • Proactivity and a goal-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience reaching individual sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and set priorities
  • Excellent research skills
  • Cross-cultural understanding and high emotional intelligence as you will be working with international customers
  • Previous experience selling to HR and/or L+D departments is a plus
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus
  • Experience working in startups is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
