Business English Communication Coach

About the role

Talaera is looking for experienced business communication coaches to support high-level professionals from top global companies in elevating their communication skills.

This role goes beyond traditional language instruction. It's about helping professionals thrive in international and high-stakes work environments. You’ll work with managers, executives, and other experienced professionals on advanced Business English topics including leadership presence, persuasive communication, intercultural fluency, pronunciation, and high-level business scenarios such as presentations and negotiations.

What you'll do

  • Coach professionals and executives in high-impact communication, soft skills, and workplace fluency

  • Help learners develop confidence in presentations, storytelling, pronunciation, negotiations, and strategic messaging

  • Work remotely, set your own schedule, and collaborate with a global team

  • Use Talaera materials or incorporate your own expertise to tailor sessions

  • Join a supportive and forward-thinking team that values your feedback

What we're looking for

  • Experience coaching professionals in communication, soft skills, or advanced Business English

  • Background in corporate training, executive coaching, public speaking, or high-level English instruction

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred but not required)

  • TEFL / CELTA certification

  • Industry experience (tech, finance, consulting, marketing, or leadership training) is a plus

  • Professional and engaging teaching style

Compensation:
– 1:1 coaching: $23–25 per 60-minute session
– Group coaching & workshops: $50–$100 per 90-minute session
